I’m a Women’s Health Coach and Personal Trainer based in Cromwell, and for over 18 years, I’ve been helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident—in ways that feel good, not forced.
Everything I do happens from my private studio right here in Cromwell—a safe, welcoming, mirror-free space designed for you to show up exactly as you are. No pressure, no judgment—just real support and a whole lot of encouragement.

I’m also specially trained in menopause and women’s health, so if you’re navigating the wild world of midlife hormones, you’re in the right place. We’ll work with your body (not against it), so you can feel empowered, informed, and in control again.

My passion to help everyday people love and move their bodies no matter their size, weight or fitness level, started after my own fitness journey 22 years ago.
My own story is one that started full of self-hate, an exercise addiction and a terrible relationship with food but ends with a life of self and body acceptance and a non-diet approach to food.
Now, as a Personal Trainer and Women’s Health Coach, I don’t just count reps or hand out meal plans—I build real relationships with the women I work with. We focus on creating positive, lasting connections with your body, your food, and your workouts.
I believe feeling healthy should feel good.
It should be simple, enjoyable, and a natural part of your life—not something you dread, obsess over, or feel guilty about.
