Did you know that how you treat your body in the 5 years prior to menopause has a massive impact on how your body copes with this change?

My role is to help ensure your approach to pre menopausal health, fitness, mindfullness and nutrition is in line with what your body needs. Through this programme, you can expect to experience less symptoms and enjoy more balanced hormones.

    You know that something is happening... perhaps your hair is pissing you off because it's not quite as lush as it was a few years go? Maybe you've noticed more irregular periods, or waking up at random and extremely frustrating times in the night? BUT, you are busy, active, social and ready to embrace a lifestyle that allows you to maintain enjoyment of all your favourite things for the next 50+ years! Perimenopause can begin in some women in their 30s, but most often it starts in women ages 40 to 44.

    The community I am building is something that supports women at this age and stage and helps reinforce how much power you have to impact your own experience by making a few simple changes to your routine. We are going to work together for a period of time. You will gain knowledge and tools, and I will cheer you on! When you have completed the programme, I will still be here to cheer you on!

    I am living it, and I work with women every week who are improving their own experiences. Through exercise that suits your body type, nutrition that suits your time schedule, and a mindset that provides more space for understanding you can get more out of your life. I have more than 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer and look forward to welcoming you to the community and helping you understand more about what's next!

My online Hot Club Programme has nothing to do with Hollywood body types and everything to do with helping real women feel amazing and get through those hot moments with ease (and a complete understanding of what is going on!). I will guide you through this journey at your own pace and give you the tools to thrive in peri-menopause and beyond.

I am here to champion you and help you understand your body, and to provide education to both men and women around this important stage of life.

Through short and effective online workout videos from a relatable coach who has your back (ME), message support, and step by step goal setting, you will get an introduction to a more enjoyable lifestyle.

What's Included?

Perhaps we've met before, but if not, this is your introduction to me! We will talk about your personal health goals and what to expect.

It's an enjoyable 30 minute in person or online chat to discover where you are at and how I can best serve you! We also discuss duration because this programme can be applied over 1, 2 or 3 months depending on the availability of your time!

Take it at your own pace, and do it where it suits you... Exercise is a big part of improving the journey to menopause and these at home work outs have been designed so you can ease your body into an enjoyable fitness routine!
