What is Menopause and how can I help you?

Menopause is a natural biological process that marks the end of a woman's reproductive years. It occurs when a woman's ovaries
stop producing eggs, leading to a decline in the production of hormones such as estrogen and progesterone. Menopause is typically diagnosed when a woman has gone 12 consecutive months without a menstrual period.  And it is a rollercoaster of mood swings, hot flushes, fatigue, lack of sleep and many more hormone related symptoms to get there….this transitional time is also known as Perimenopause

The average age of Menopause is around 51years old but estrogen begins to decrease in our late 30’s and this is the start of Perimenopause.

 While Perimenopause and Menopause are a natural part of aging, it can be a challenging time for many women and
stressful!  But it is important for you to know that with the correct knowledge, lifestyle tweaks and support your menopausal journey does not have to wreak havoc on you and those you love.
